[Finished Project] Jou Commercial - Rempoa Padel Club.

The lobby becomes the architectural centerpiece of the club, serving as the main point of arrival, transition, and gathering.

Rather than functioning solely as a reception or waiting area, the space is designed as the connector between the different activities within the club. Its openness allows visual connections to the courts and surrounding spaces, while creating a clear sense of orientation from the moment you enter. . [ON GOING CONSTRUCTION] Jouhouse 39 - E House. The design process of this project was quite unique. The house was initially planned as a three-story residence, but we developed the design with flexibility in mind.

From the beginning, the ground floor was prepared as a tentative construction phase, allowing it to be omitted if the final budget required adjustments.

This approach gave the client more flexibility during budget planning, while ensuring that removing the ground floor would not compromise the overall design concept, structure, or functionality of the house. A design that adapts to the budget, without losing the vision.
