SUNDAY SELF CARE
Itβs Sunday!
After a week full of work, time to take a break and relax a bit. Time to have self-care!
On Sunday, I usually try to have some me-time to recharge my battery.
Taking breaks is vital for restoring energy. That goes for creative energy, too.
Try to take a well rest or play with your pet. You can also make a compliment log to remind yourself of all your incredible skills and positive traits from what people told you. Keeping track of things youβre grateful for will also put you in a more positive mood. I mean, itβs really hard to feel down when your focus is on good things, right?
These are such simple self-care activities you can try at home today!
