Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor from Engineering Faculty, preferable from Informatics Engineering with Min. GPA 2.75
2. Max. 32 years old
3. Strong skill in OOP with C # .NET Development using Visual Studio, including ASP .NET & Web Forms, and Windows Forms.
4. Have experience to handle Web UI style behaviour using CSS and JavaScript
5. Have experience in developing Mobile Apps (Android/iOS).

Would be preferable if:
1. Able to create report using Report Viewer / Reporting Services
2. Have experience in Sencha 6 Framework
3. Have experience in many databases platform using ADO .NET and LINQ
4. Have exposure in ASP .NET MVC
5. Have exposure in Ionic Framework or Xcode.

2. Experience: 5 years in software engineering and IT experience
3. Max. 40 years old
4. People Management Skill with at least 5 years experiences in leading an engineering team

6. Ability to analyze and monitor software quality and performance
7. Must possess solid technical skill and good business sense
8. Take the initiative in leadership thought, innovation and creativity

10. Familiarity with marketing platforms, programs and policies
11. Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.

Technical Skills:

5. Have experience in SDLC
6. Have experience in ExtJS 4 Framework for advantage
7. Have experience in ERP Implementation for advantage
8. Have exposure in OOP with C # .NET Development using Visual Studio 2008, including ASP .NET & Web Forms, and Windows Forms
9. Have exposure in programming for mobile devices (Android and iOS).
