This stylish lunch bag shows the magnificent Hornbill Bird. It appears to be a black-and-white-casqued hornbill, also known as the grey-cheeked hornbill, though we are not 100 percent sure the species. This bird is fascinating, not just for its appearance, but also its temperament and behavior. It is a monogamous species, and pairs nest in tree cavities. The diet of the black-and-white-casqued hornbill consists mostly of fruits, which include relatively small fruits or pieces of larger fruits. Most of the frugal diet of the black-and-white-casqued hornbill comes from figs, though it has been noted that it is capable of hunting small animals, including lizards and the eggs of other birds. The black-and-white-casqued hornbill does not consume water directly and seems to instead hydrate itself from the water contained in the fruits that represent most of its diet. It is capable of precise and delicate handling of edibles by using its beak skillfully in conjunction with its esophagus.

The lunch bag's top rolls down and closes with a hook and loop tape, creating a paper lunch bag look. Made from 100% cotton canvas, it's durable and should last for ages.

Let me introduce you to the strange and adorable Solenodon.
Solenodons are venomous, nocturnal, burrowing, insectivorous mammals which live in Cuba, Haiti and the Dominican republic.
They make their homes in bushy areas in forests and during the daytime seek refuge in caves, burrows, or hollow logs.
Solenodons are easily provoked and can fly into a frenzy of squealing and biting with no warning. They are fast runners and climbers, despite only ever touching the ground with their toes!
They make strange noises too; solenodons are said to give off grunts similar to that of a pig or bird-call when feeling threatened. They also generate clicking noises similar to those of shrews; the sound waves bounce off objects in their vicinity creating a type of echolocation which helps them navigate as well as find food. This well-developed auditory ability combined with their above average sense of smell helps solenodons survive despite their extremely small eyes and poor vision.

This tote bag features the striking Egyptian Vulture, also known as the White Scavenger Vulture or Pharaoh's Chicken. This small Old World vulture is unique, not just because of its distinct appearance, but also because of its use of tools, a rare behavior in avians. Egyptian vultures will use pebbles as a hammer and also use twigs to roll up wool for use in their nest. This incredible creature lives in a large region, from the Iberian Peninsula and North Africa to India.
Sadly, like with so many species, populations declined in the 20th century and some island populations are endangered by hunting, accidental poisoning, and collision with power lines.

The common name "duiker" comes from the Afrikaans word duik, or Dutch duiken - both mean "to dive", which refers to the practice of the animals to frequently dive into vegetation for cover.
