Is ‘locking in’ the ONLY way?

Every business creator tells you to lock in and sacrifice your lifestyle...

But I know from experience, this doesn’t lead to a fulfilled existence

And when you’re miserable, you can’t stick at anything long enough to win

So maybe consistently showing up at 80% beats explosively burning out at 110%?

That’s the theory I’m working on anyway

Only time will tell if it’s actually true

Progress without my presence

(I was actually proud of this)

Day 432 of this experiment and £500 a month profit isn’t going to retire anyone

But it covers costs, it’s moving, and I didn’t have to be trapped in a miserable country to make it happen

The renovation project is the real test of this whole idea

It may require me on the ground, in the rain, in a high-vis, very far from a beach

But that’s a problem for future me

Surfed every day this week, loving life… 🏝️

So is it possible? So far…
