** TUMIS ONCOM LEUNCA **
Bahan :
2 buah oncom, tumbuk kasar
150gr leunca, buang tangkainya
2 batang bawang daun, iris 1cm
1 ikat kemangi, ambildaunnya
2 buah daun salam
1cm lengkuas, memarkan
1sdm gula pasir
500ml air
3sdm minyak, untuk menumis
Bumbu Yang Dihaluskan ;
8 butir bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
4cm kencur
8 buah cabai merah keriting
3 buah cabai rawit
2sdt garam
Cara Membuat :
Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan hingga harum. Mas**an oncom, daun saam, dan lengkuas. Aduk rata
Tuangkan air, biarkan hingga mendidih
Mas**an leunca, bawang daun, dan gula.masak hingga air habis
Mas**an kemangi, aduk sebentar. Angkat, sajikan
Saute oncom Leunca
Ingredients:
2 pieces oncom, roughly mash
150gr leunca, discard stalks
2 stalks scallion, sliced 1cm
1 bunch basil, ambildaunnya
2 pieces bay leaves
1cm galangal, crushed
1sdm sugar
500ml water
3sdm oil, for frying
Softened seasoning ;
8 red onions
4 cloves garlic
4cm kencur
8 curly red chilies
3 pieces of cayenne pepper
2sdt salt
How to make :
Stir-fry until fragrant spices are blended. Put oncom, saam leaves, and galangal. Stir well
Pour water, allow it to boil
Put leunca, scallion, and gula.masak until water runs out
Put the basil, stir briefly. Remove and serve
