I wish I could go back and hug the person on the left in this picture 🤗

I was struggling a lot physically and mentally.
I wasn’t living. I was just existing and had lost my spark in life.
I hid myself away because I just hated who I was and how I looked.
I didn’t feel like Me and it was such a horrible feeling.

Six months on and I don’t recognise the person on the left.
I’m so far away from her now and just six months and I’m so proud of myself.

I have so much more energy and I have my spark back.
