What a transformation 🙌

We completed this wall graphics project for Beans & Leaves in Athlone a little while ago, and we still love the result. Wall graphics can bring a whole new dimension to a space that you sometimes just can’t achieve with paint alone.

Bright, colourful, funky and full of character... there’s something interesting everywhere you look, and the graphics work brilliantly with the feel of the restaurant.

🚨 𝐖𝐄’𝐑𝐄 𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 – 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐂𝐎-𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑 🚨

We’re looking for an experienced Production Co-ordinator to join our team at Spectrum Signs in Athlone.

With 27 years in the trade, we produce everything from signage and vehicle graphics to digital print, custom fabrication, CNC and laser-cut work for customers across Ireland.

This is a key role in our busy production environment. We need someone organised, practical and commercially minded who can manage the flow of work through the business and keep jobs moving.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙞𝙣𝙫𝙤𝙡𝙫𝙚:
👉 Planning and co-ordinating daily and weekly production
👉 Prioritising work across design, print, manufacturing, finishing and fitting
👉 Making sure artwork, materials, measurements and approvals are ready before jobs begin
👉 Monitoring progress and dealing with delays or production issues
👉 Liaising with our sales, design, workshop and installation teams
👉 Managing changing priorities and urgent customer requirements
👉 Helping reduce bottlenecks, rework, waste and unnecessary delays
👉 Keeping job status and delivery information up to date

𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙬𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧?
Previous experience in production co-ordination or production management is required.

Experience in signage, digital print or large-format graphics would be a significant advantage, but we’re also happy to hear from experienced people coming from manufacturing or production planning environments.

You’ll need strong organisational and communication skills, good commercial awareness and the confidence to set priorities and follow things through.

It’s a fast-paced environment, so being able to stay calm, solve problems and adapt when plans change is important.

For the right person, there is also an opportunity to develop and progress towards a Production Manager or Operations Manager position.
