A big shout-out to Alan and Olivia O’Grady and their fantastic team at Western Postform, Ballinasloe who hosted the Pulse Club event today. A large group of attendees gathered for an informative tour of this proudly family-run business, leaders in the manufacture of bespoke fitted furniture and washroom facilities. It was a real privilege for them to explore their impressive 40,000 sq ft manufacturing plant and see first-hand the scale of operations and the latest machining technology in action.
Alan also spoke passionately about the WPF I Am Here programme – a powerful initiative focused on mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. A brilliant example of how local businesses are not only driving innovation but also looking after their people.
They were a
treated to a lovely lunch also – a great opportunity to connect, share ideas, and support one another.
