WINTER OILSEED R**E - THE FARMERS’ FAVOURITE 🌱

Looking to optimise your rotation, improve margins and tackle w**d pressures? Winter Oilseed R**e continues to prove its worth on Irish tillage farms - offering strong returns while providing an excellent break crop ahead of winter wheat.

🌾 Why choose WOSR?

• Boosts following cereal yields - a valuable non-cereal break that can increase subsequent winter wheat yields by 0.5–1.5 t/ha.
• Improves soil structure - the deep taproot helps improve drainage, aeration and rooting depth.
• Helps tackle problem w**ds - provides an opportunity to use alternative herbicide chemistries against w**ds such as sterile brome, blackgrass and wild oats.
• Scavenges nutrients - strong autumn growth captures residual nitrogen and organic manures, holding valuable nutrients in the crop over winter.

A strong break crop can make a big difference to the performance of your rotation 🌱
