Three houses, three different stages of the journey. 🏡
This video shows three local projects we're currently working on around Buncrana:

📐 One is at the very beginning, before any renovation work has started.
🔨 Demolition has begun on another.
🏗️ One is well underway, with the new design starting to take shape.

Every project starts somewhere, and it's great to see these homes coming to life. We'll be sharing more updates as they progress.

If you're thinking about renovating, extending or building, get in touch—we'd be happy to chat.

✨ Throwback Thursday ✨

It's always rewarding to look back at projects that have made a real difference to local communities.

These before-and-after images capture the transformation of the former GAA/Youth Club premises on Chapel Street, Carndonagh, into a modern, purpose-built Scout Den. Officially opened on 16th March, this fantastic facility was made possible through funding from the Sports Capital Programme, LEADER funding, and the incredible support of local community fundraising.

From a tired, disused building to a bright, welcoming, state-of-the-art space, this project is a testament to what can be achieved through collaboration, vision, and community spirit.

We were proud to be involved in bringing this project to life and to help create a space where generations of young people can learn, grow, and make lasting memories.

We usually design buildings, not festivals... but we're happy to be part of this one! 🎵

Clonmany Festival Booklets are now available in shops across the area. You might even spot a familiar logo in the programme. 😉

Wishing all the Best and Success to the Festival Committee.

🏡 Throwback Thursday ✨

A decade later, great design still speaks for itself.

This Buncrana home, completed over 10 years ago, is a reminder that thoughtful architecture never goes out of style. Designed with lasting quality, functionality, and timeless aesthetics in mind, it's rewarding to see how well it continues to stand the test of time.

Every project is an opportunity to create spaces that will be enjoyed for generations—not just years.
