A rebuild in progress. The original house had a larger roof form, bay windows, 2 large chimney breasts, hexagonal sunroom, and had tighter room spaces.

The redesign gives for a better layout for the families needs, functional spaces throughout, while taking advantage of natural light and views. The simplified form also kept the rebuild costs aligned to the original design 😁.

Can’t wait to see this home finished.
