⚠️ Service Update – Clonmel, Moyglass, Ballymacarbry ⚠️
Due to the high winds today in the Tipperary, one of our wireless boosters was damaged. Unfortunately, most of the equipment will require full replacement.
Because of the extent of the damage and the time needed to source and install new equipment, we estimate service restoration by latest Thursday this week.
We understand this may cause inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work hard to get everything back up and running as soon as possible.

Due to the high winds last night in the Galtees (Aherlow area), one of our wireless boosters was severely damaged. Unfortunately, most of the equipment will require full replacement.

Because of the extent of the damage and the time needed to source and install new equipment, we estimate service restoration by Wednesday next week.

Dear customers

We would like to inform you that tomorrow Thursday 11/09/2025 due to a planned ESB power outage in Thurles, Kilkenny and surrounding areas, there will be a temporary interruption of broadband and related services.

ESB networks currently have a power outage in the Devils Bit area affecting our broadband towers. They are working to restore power to the area as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

RESOLVED: The incident appears to have now been resolved but we are still monitoring this.

We have just become aware of a Major issue with the fibre networks effecting a huge portion of County Tipperary. This is effecting most providers. We are awaiting feedback from our supplier on when it is estimated to be restored.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused to our clients while this uncontrollable incident is worked on.

Update: We currently have several widespread network outages due to ESB outages. Network will be restored as electricity is restored in areas affecting our infrastructure.
