We had a couple blips (short outages) in the network around Boyle and Ballyfarnon tonight. These were caused by upgrades, that will extend our coverage west of Boyle in the upcoming days. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We have added a new transmitter in Leitrim today with coverage west from O'Donnels Rock, that gives us additional coverage on the Leitrim / Sligo border. The updated map can be found on our coverage map.

2 new repeaters went online in the last few weeks now adding coverage east of Sligo town and into Co. Leitrim. Our coverage map at https://www.nwb.ie/index.php/coverage/ has now been updated.

CIE are doing upgrades to our fiber between Athlone and Dublin. This has resultet in a short outage, as our backup path didn't work correctly. Connectivity was disrupted at midnight and we had it restored at 1:30

We got our RIPE membership sorted and moved into our new shiny rack in City West in Dublin this week. AS39485, 194.110.144.0/22 and 2a07:dd00::/32 are the new home of Northwest Broadband.
