Absolutely blown away by Sister Act in the TF tonight! The talent, energy, and professionalism were genuinely Broadway level – no exaggeration. From the singing and acting to the staging and direction, it was top-class.
Huge congratulations to Donna Ruane, the brilliant director, and the whole cast and crew.

If you can get your hands on tickets for tomorrow night (I think it’s the final show), don’t miss it! I’ve seen plenty of Broadway shows in New York, and I would’ve been just as thrilled with this one. Truly outstanding – this show deserves to go far!

Looking for Help!

We’re putting together a presentation to educate students aged 10–16 about the dangers of va**ng and smoking, and I’d love your help!

If you have reliable statistics, research, or articles (Irish or international) that highlight the health effects, addiction risks, or youth trends around smoking and va**ng, please share them in the comments or send me a message.

This is part of an important awareness campaign, and the goal is to inform and protect young people by giving them facts they can understand and relate to before they start, or to help them stop.

We are also working with COPD Ireland on this project.
