Due to the large volume of claims please report your claim directly to insurers, give them my details and ask for a claim reference number and send that back to me so we can set up an inspection with the loss adjusters....
.. insurers are allowing you to carry out temporary repairs to mitigate against further damage so please carry these repairs out asap, importantly take plenty of photos of proof of all damages....very important.
