Colum Smith Quantity Surveyors Ltd provided procurement and costing services to Poles Building Services Ltd to help them successfully secure this beautifully designed home.

This projects involves:

Construction of a 2,605 sq.ft dwelling, a 1,206 sq.ft garage including all external site works, drainage, treatment plant, hard and soft landscaping, etc

New Development for Cootehill, Co. Cavan.

Colum Smith Quantity Surveyors Ltd provided a detailed pricing document, including commercial advice for Galetech Group - GSL Residential Bridge St. Ltd.

This project involves:

The complete internal renovation which includes extensive demolition & structural work of 3 existing structures, namely no. 41, no.43 & no.45 along Bridge street, Cootehill, into 1 and 2 bed apartments. 8 apartments in total. External stairs and balcony areas including full external renovation of each building. This exciting project also includes the construction of 12 new timber framed houses (semi-detached and detached) along with the construction of 3 new two storey timber framed duplex units. Full external works which entail, bulk dig works, all foul, surface water, watermain, ESB, Eir and public lighting, attenuation tank, extensive public & private concrete footpaths, roadway, green areas and full landscaping. The project also involves retaining walls, boundary walls, both blockwork, timber and composite steel fencing. The overall construction site is spread out over 6,000m2.
