⚠️“Your why matters” ⚠️

❓Why do you want to start your own business? ❓

😊 For me, it was simple: I wanted more time with my family and the flexibility to go to the school plays, doctor appointments, play dates or just make pancakes for breakfast - without feeling guilty and worrying about my boss getting peed off with me. ❤️

💪 Every time I felt like giving up, I reminded myself of my why and it kept me going. 💪

😳 Now I can't imagine juggling family life and working without the freedom of being self employed on my terms. 🥴

Another week down!

Being a VA is all about consistency, problem-solving, and making life easier for my clients.....But it's also about making life easier for me and my family and having the flexibility to do all the things I need and want to do each week.

Here’s what I celebrated this week:

✅ Signed up a new client 🤑
✅ Scheduled 20+ social media posts for a client who hadn't posted for over 1 year! 🙌
✅ Picked my daughter up from school as she was unwell and didn't feel guilty 👏 (although bad she was unwell obvs 😅)
✅ Helped a client launch their a new email marketing campaign with a 71.5% open rate!
✅ Took my doggies on a walk every day 🐾🐾
✅ Went to the gym 4 times 💪

And tonight.... a nice glass of wine 🍷

Every little win matters, and it’s these small victories that add up to big results. Remember to celebrate YOUR wins, too! 🙌
