We have a totally unique "Environmental evaluation test" for Airbus pilots, which simply establishes how aware they are on fuel saving and whether they understand where savings can be achieved within SOP's. It was developed by Finnair Flight Academy and when fully implemented, saved them 1% fuel in the first year and for FlyBe Nordic, saved 0.6%. The initial part of this evaluation is Free using
Spectrum Aviation and allows you, the airline, to choose those with the higher scoring.
