Employee Spotlight | Celebrating Keith McKerchar ✈️

Today’s Testimonial Tuesday is a special one as we recognise Keith McKerchar, former Director of Engineering at Eirtech Aviation Services, who recently retired following an incredible 49-year career in the aviation industry.

Keith spent the last 16 years of his career with Eirtech, playing an important role in the company’s growth and development. During that time, he saw Eirtech grow from just 5 employees to more than 125, while helping to develop our Engineering team from 3 engineers to more than 50 across six locations worldwide.

Reflecting on his time with Eirtech, Keith shared:

“It has been a privilege to be part of the company and to watch it develop and grow… I leave with great pride in what we have achieved together.”

Keith’s knowledge, experience and leadership have made a lasting contribution to Eirtech and our Engineering team, and we are incredibly grateful for his dedication over the past 16 years.

As he begins this well-earned next chapter, we would like to wish Keith plenty of time for family, friends, bike rides and new adventures. 🚲

Thank you for everything, Keith, and congratulations on an incredible 49 years in aviation. From all of us at Eirtech, we wish you a very happy retirement! 💙✈️
