Another great Ennis Business Network meeting this morning at the Old Ground Hotel where we had a great presentation from Caroline O'Connor from Retreat Yourself with us all experiencing chair yoga and meditation along with getting to see all the various retreat options available.
Also visiting this morning was Mary Pepper with LifeVantage, Siobhan from Briar Cafe Tulla & Colourful Creations Garden Centre Tulla, and Smaranda from Authentic Health it was great to hear all about their businesses.
So a very chilled EBN group this morning and now we are planning a Retreat as one of our Summer social events,

Another great meeting this morning at EBN in the Old Ground Hotel and we were delighted to have 2 guests from ClareCleaning visit this morning to share about their cleaning services in Co. Clare.
