When AI is on the agenda, the hard part is not ideas, it’s structure and clarity: what to do first, what to park, and what actually unlocks value.
In this engagement, we ran an AI Discovery for Moby (Ireland, UK, Netherlands) to identify high-value use cases, prioritise them (impact vs complexity), and build a 12–18 month plan. We also validated feasibility with a mini PoC focused on improving repair and parts-logging capture, the dataset prerequisite for predictive maintenance.
