We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team and support our after-hours operations.

💰 Competitive hourly rate + additional night rate after 22:00 PM
📅 Monday to Friday
🕕 Evening shifts: 18:00 PM – 00:00 AM
🚀 Immediate start
🗣 Fluent English required

The role:

You’ll be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience, handling customer enquiries and administrative tasks by telephone, and ensuring our clients and their customers receive a professional, efficient and friendly service outside standard business hours.
