Transformotion

Transformotion We continue to work on projects in the UK and Europe, typically focusing on the development of drivers and other key workers in the road transport sector.

Products and services for people in road transport, we focus on maintaining operational standards and accreditation, delivering solutions through collaborative projects, developing manager and driver training and delivering administration services. We help to raise and maintain operational standards through the delivery of products designed to help fleet and driver management, through the Easyflee

tr brand. We manage and run the UK's only 100% immersive Driver CPC consortium, providing professional drivers with a blending learning experience using the very latest virtual reality and smart phone tech courtesy of the Francis Kodak Design Lab. A new service for this year we offer adminstrative support on a 'pick and choose' basis, offering assistance to over-stretched and / or understaffed transport businesses.

Our Story

Transformotion Limited is a small consultancy company based in East Sussex, England. It’s managed and run by James Tillyer, supported by administrators and consultants who provide the relevant expertise where needed.

The company was born in 2015 with the aim of providing the best possible service in four key areas; professional development, standards and accreditation, projects and auditing. Since that time we’ve refined what we offer, and for 2019 we’ve created a comprehensive, cutting-edge ethical supply chain audit which helps to identify risk through working conditions in the supply chain, wherever in the world that might be. For the first time we’ll also be giving a 5% contribution for every audit to Anti Slavery International, to help with their work in improving the conditions for millions across the world.

We’re also busy coordinating and participating in European projects that focus on the development of truck and bus drivers, and we’re looking to receive funding to develop the knowledge, skills and competences of van and minibus drivers across Europe. We plan to combine this with state-of-the-art immersive training made available across 11 countries.

Looking ahead we plan to do more but offer less, enabling us to focus on providing a handful of services in the best way possible.
