Still thinking about yesterday. What a group, and what a day. ❤️

It was such a privilege to deliver The Clarity Shift to this amazing group from the Image Skillnet 360 Leadership Programme, hosted by Bronwyn Conroy.

A day of awareness, honesty and conversations that reminded me how much we can learn from each other when we give ourselves the time and space.

We looked at
our reality — where we are right now.
Our vision — where we want to go.
Our purpose — what matters to us and why. And the next steps that will help us put that awareness into action.

To everyone in the room, thank you for your openness, your contribution and your willingness to take a proper look at yourselves and the businesses you work so hard for. Bringing people from hair, beauty and spa together makes for such valuable conversations. Different experiences, plenty of shared challenges and so much generosity in the room.

A huge thank you to Bronwyn Conroy and Image Skillnet for inviting me to be part of this programme and trusting me with this day.

I left feeling inspired myself, and I’m wishing every one of you so much as you continue your 360 journey. It was a pleasure to share this part of it with you.

Sometimes you don’t need another strategy.

A week ago today I was in London delivering Booked & Thriving to an incredible room full of salon owners, managers, stylists and apprentices for .

One of the things I love most about this workshop is that everyone leaves with something they can take back into the salon.

The workshop itself only lasts a day. The real impact comes afterwards.

It’s in the conversations that happen back at work.
The ideas that get put into practice.
The small changes that build confidence, strengthen teams and create better experiences for both clients and colleagues.

Reading through the feedback this week has reminded me exactly why I love doing what I do.

A huge thank you to everyone who spent the day with me last Monday. I can’t wait to see where these ideas take you and your teams over the coming weeks. 💛

Something interesting happened in London on Monday…

The conversations were honest.

The challenges were real.

The breakthroughs were powerful.

What I didn’t expect was how quickly the momentum would continue.

Since returning home,

Booked & Thriving in London on July 6th is now fully booked.

Brave Salon Leader in Dublin on 7th September has just two places remaining.

Brave Salon Leader in London in September already has salon owners booked.

It tells me one thing.

Salon owners are ready for these conversations.

This isn’t selling.

It’s reporting.

Big difference.
