Cork Tyre Wholesale are currently recruiting for an experienced Van Driver based in Cork. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday with immediate start.
Our delivery team ensures that we can offer next-day delivery across Cork city and county . As a Cork Tyre Wholesale Van Driver, you will be required to handle, unload and deliver to our customers whilst providing a high standard of customer service. Other responsibilities include following a specific route time schedule, preparation, and operation of the delivery vehicle, handling delivery dockets .
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver to Customers and meet required time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Manage delivery dockets
• Additional Duties include: Loading & Unloading Trucks, Picking orders and General Warehouse Duties.
Requirements
• Previous working experience as a Delivery Driver
• Valid Full Clean B driver’s license
• Forklift Licence
• Some previous Warehousing Experience is an Advantage
• Basic IT Skills is an Advantage (PC/Windows, ERP)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Provide professional & courteous customer service
• Attention to Details
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
