We had fun making this. We used smoked oak to give it a darker and richer look and the results speak for themselves. The customer wanted a room divider that would accommodate a TV and sound system. It was also required that when the TV was not in use, it could be concealed and give the effect of a continuous wall.The louvred wall was also made as a room divider and to allow light in. It was made using dovetails and copper piping to keep the oak strong and rigid.

It's a slow process smoking Oak. The results speak for themselves though!

Bookshelf with drinks cabinet and TV unit. We had fun making this. Using solid oak and infinity formica laminates we created colourful but functional storage for the living room. The ladder also built by us allows the units to be raised higher than normal giving more shelving space.
