Blue Ladder is now recruiting a skilled Baker to join one of our clients’ fantastic kitchen team in Macroom.

👨‍🍳 What you’ll be doing:
– Baking fresh bread, scones, muffins, and a small selection of cakes
– Following recipes and maintaining consistent quality
– Supporting the kitchen team in daily prep and cleaning duties

📍 Location: Macroom, Co. Cork
🕘 Schedule: Full-time, morning & day shifts
💶 Pay: €34,000–€38,000 depending on experience
🎓 Experience: Previous bakery experience preferred
