So grateful that I got to experience the magic of the Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra teacher training with Alchemy Yoga held at Reiltin Retreat Centre in Di**le 🧘

There’s a disproportionate amount of food verses yoga photos here because it was beyond incredible 🥘

My client was a pro at what she did. A superstar in her industry. She was changing lives and her clients loved working with her.

But she knew she could be helping more people. Her clients mostly came from referrals. Which was great but unpredictable.
Her marketing was sporadic as she really didn’t like doing it.

She was the best kept secret 🤫

I could see why this was happening. She knew her work so intimately but it wasn’t at all clear what she did or who her work was for. It was very broad, vague & based on her industry language.

What she said was similar to nearly every client when they first start working with me:
‘My clients have lots of problems so I can’t just pick one’.

We are all multi-faceted and no one wants to be put in a box.

On her 1:1 call with me we got clear on the essence of her work & chose 3 micro problems that her clients often present with.
We repositioned her core offer (it was £600 for 6 sessions) to a simple 3 month package for £2500. She immediately saw how much value she was offering and felt excited to start creating her new message.

Her message changed from ‘helping women in midlife transition’ to a clear specific leadership based message.
I showed her how to create simple posts that spoke only to her dream client who was ready for her work. And ready to pay.

It worked. Within a month she had 3 new clients and had several dream leads in her inbox every week.
