We spoke to Kevin Ahern from Sage Restaurant, Midleton today. He spoke to us about the importance of locally sourced food, his relations with the farmers and the passion they have for ensuring their produce is of the highest possible quality. We also visited Tesco Midleton to survey its consumers on their knowledge of Irish Angus beef. Thank you to all who helped us!
