The Coop are looking for a Senior editor at our busy production house in Dublin. The ideal candidate will be creative & passionate about working on a wide range of projects.
The role will involve working on an exciting range of projects, through all stages of post-production, creating content for online, corporate, commercial, digital campaigns and documentaries. You will work as a key member of our creative team and have input on projects right from kick-off.
We are seeking someone who is looking to put their mark on how we approach post-production. The Coop is a fast growing company and a desire to evolve our approach to post. A love of Pizza, dogs, a willingness to grow and be part of a team are essential.
Skills:
At least 5 years’ experience editing in a similar fast paced team environment, working with corporate clients, agencies and brands
Extensive experience in Premiere Pro and After Effects
Sound editing and design
Colour grading
Data management & and organisation of archive of video/media assets
An understanding of how to tell a story
Good organisational skills and an ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and changing priorities
Great project management and prioritisation skills with high work standards
A willingness to drive a post-production workflow
A desire to work to continue to develop a style and structure while maintaining high professional standards
Preparing content for delivery and managing feedback in a fast and efficient manner
Ability to work as apart of a team
Implement video production process improvements — constantly seeking out new efficiencies in workflow
