A fantastic night for the team at the Outstanding Security Performance Awards in Dublin.

We are incredibly proud to have won the Outstanding Contract Security Company (Guarding) award at this year’s Irish OSPAs. A huge thank you to the judging panel, the team behind the awards, and Martin Gill for a brilliant evening celebrating excellence across the industry.

Most importantly, thank you to our incredible team whose hard work, professionalism, and dedication make achievements like this possible every day.

Congratulations to all finalists and winners on the night. We are honoured to represent Ireland at the World Finals next year.

Introducing Brian Cleary, Director of Executive Support at Integrity Security.

Brian joins the team following over 40 years of distinguished service in the Defence Forces, bringing exceptional experience in crisis management, operational leadership, logistics, and large-scale contingency planning.

Throughout his career, Brian led and supported major domestic and international operations. During COVID-19, he played a key role coordinating Defence Forces contingency operations alongside the HSE, Gardaí, government departments, and local authorities. More recently, he oversaw Defence Forces activities across Ireland’s Southern Region.

Brian’s leadership, operational expertise, and experience in high-pressure environments make him a major addition to the Integrity Security team.
