Freeze-dried fruit, i.e. lyophilized fruit, is 100% pure fruit, from which water is removed in a vacuum chamber at -60Β°C.
Such fruit then tastes crunchy, retains its color, taste and up to 98% of its nutritional value, so it is almost identical to the original fruit. It is preservative-free.

Freeze-dried fruit has versatile uses.

β€’You can eat it in a rehydrated form, or you can enjoy it in a dried version. It is ideal for muesli, yogurts, sorbets or smoothies.
