⭐ The leadership process, its impact and influence can show up in different ways. There is no one right way to be a successful leader.

🗓️ This week, pay attention to those who help, inspire, mentor and teach others. These people are your leaders.

👀 Take a moment to notice their actions, recognise their worth and say a genuine thank you. And take it a step further and ask them if they’d like to take additional training or workshops to advance their skills.

🚨 A quick challenge:

Find ways that you can inspire your employees to feel comfortable stepping into leadership positions or roles (regardless of job title) this week.

🗣️ Mr. Branson has a point. The phrase is similar to the golden rule many of us heard growing up, ‘treat others as you would like to be treated.’

💡 It is generally a good concept, BUT not everyone wants to be treated as YOU would like. We think treating your employees how THEY want a better ‘magic formula.’

⭐ Treating your employees fairly and keeping them informed, adequately compensated, engaged and inspired is also part of great corporate culture.

💥 Don't underestimate the power of your workplace culture outside of your organisation's 'doors.' Your employees talk about their jobs with their partners, friends, family, and potential next hires.

🗣 If your employees aren't happy because of poor employee experience or organisational culture, their shared first-hand experience can negatively impact your business's reputation.

🙂 And the same goes for positive experiences too! Happy employees also want to share what makes their organisation an awesome place to work at.
