When I find myself feeling busy instead of productive, I follow these tips...😎⁠

1️⃣ TAKE A BREAK. 💆🏻 ☕ I know it seems counterproductive but taking breaks can help you jump back in feeling refreshed. Make a coffee, stretch, allow your mind to wander to something else for a few minutes. ⁠

2️⃣ SILENT MODE.🚫 📱 Put your phone on silent, turn off your notifications or use a DND setting available on most apps. ⁠

3️⃣ PRIORITIZE. 📌 If your to-do list is as long as mine is, give each task a priority. As you work through them, cross them off one by one. Trust me, there's nothing more satisfying! 😌⁠
