When leading change or adapting to change there is often a form of resistance to what comes up, which says to us "this should not be happening." Emotion follows, often fear or anger. The anger can be directed at others, or the self, and complicates the intervention. Fear can lead to procrastination, helplessness or self-sabotage. If you bring awareness and acceptance to what arises you can problem solve and bring others with you. Preparing for this reality as part of your change program always leads to greater success. https://lnkd.in/e5E7QQWZ
