Last night, I moderated a panel of tech leaders in Dublin, Ireland from Looker, Google, New Relic, and LinkedIn. We discussed "The Journey to Leadership" and we had over 50 tech professionals show up to the launch of our Inclusion Summit event series. Super proud and happy that Fivetran supports getting the community together around the world to have these important dialogues. Last night, I had the opportunity to lead a panel discussion for the Women in Transportation Association's first Diversity & Inclusion event. The panel topic was a deep dive into the experiences of women of color in leadership: how we got here, our struggles on our way to the top, code-switching, male allyship, and how women can support each other. I applaud these women for their vulnerability, realness and authenticity while sharing these deeply personal stories. You inspire everyone around you. Speaking at Conference always makes my heart warm and fuzzy! My workshop was packed with brilliant, driven individuals with bright futures. I love helping people set goals to get their dream jobs.
