📢 We’re hiring: Assistant Manager – Cleaning Operations

Perfect Clean is looking for a proactive and organised Assistant Manager to support our cleaning operations across multiple client sites in Dublin.

📍 Location: Dublin 15
💶 Salary: From €39,000 per year
🕒 Full-time, permanent position
🚗 Full driving licence required

The role includes:

✅ Site visits and quality inspections
✅ Staff supervision and rota planning
✅ Client communication
✅ Weekly operational reporting
✅ Training and supporting cleaning teams
✅ Stock, attendance and performance monitoring
✅ Supporting health and safety compliance

Applicants should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in contract cleaning
• At least 2 years of supervisory or assistant management experience
• Experience with site inspections and quality audits
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
