Jobface gives you exclusive access to jobs with some of Ireland's best employers. It can be extremely hard to stand out from the crowd when applying for jobs, employers literally receive hundreds of CVs and cover letters every day and to be honest they all pretty much read the same. Employers have a number of questions about applicants that just can not be answered by a CV. Are they out going? Can

they be trusted? Will my customers like them? Until now, these are question that can only be addressed by formally interviewing dozens of candidates (often randomly selected from the dreaded CV pile). This method of interviewing results in hours of wasted time for both the employer and job seeker. Jobface greatly improves the selection process by requiring applicants to submit short, simple videos of themselves addressing key questions outlined by the employer. After reviewing these videos the employer can afford to invite fewer people for interviews and the applicant can be much more confident and optimistic about their chances of success. Hilton Dublin Kilmainham Hotel are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Assistant for their busy Bar, Restaurant and Room Service areas.

The position will involve a maximum of 39 hours per week and will require flexibility to work mornings from 6.00am, evenings til bar closing time and weekends as required.
