What a day! 💚✨

Another fantastic National Women’s Enterprise Day , I think this is my fifth year attending!

From the moment Danica Murphy opened the event, I knew we were in for something special. Her energy, storytelling and the way she got us connecting on a deeper level so quickly were right up my street!

I took away so much from the
inspiring panel of female founders

Loved catching up with familiar faces and meeting exciting new business owners

Some great reminders that our stories matter, good pitches start with good storytelling, and relationships are what truly connect us.

🍽️ And, of course, stuffed my face with some yummy food!

One of my biggest takeaways? AI can help us with plenty of things, but human connection, genuine relationships and the stories we share are what make us memorable.
Because people don't just buy products or services. They buy from people they know, like and trust.

A brilliant day of learning, laughter, connection and celebrating women in business. ❤️

I was teaching marketing to a group and we discussed brand and "What do you want to be known for?"

Brand tag lines like
Kit Kat, Pringles, Nike are some of the more famous tag lines.

But you can create tag lines for your brand. I've posted some of mine that I've been known for over my many years in business.

Hell yeah I can totally relate to this ridiculous anxiety. I actually closed my business for 18 months because of it. The voice in my head constantly putting me down and the fear of being found out as a fraud.

Ladies, you're not alone this is real.
I had no idea this was perimenopause until I went to summit with Wellness Warrior.ie and went on HRT

Today is World Su***de day and it hit me how grateful I am to be here.

It is also recovery month and I'm so grateful to have overcome 2 addictions in the last 10 years too.

We never truly know what is going on for people inside in the deepest parts of them.

I shared some of my own journey in an 8 min TEDx talk back in 2020 it gives a glimpse into some of the hard times in my on life.

I feel a bit silly posting it as it feels so removed from my life today but if it resonates with one person its worth posting again.
