🌱 This year marked the 6th edition of our Group Earth Month Challenge.🌱For the past two years, our focus has been on reforestation, and this year's theme, “Plant the Change”, was all about maximising our impact by planting even more trees.

As global temperatures continue to rise, the need for action has never been greater. More frequent heatwaves, more devastating wildfires, and the growing effects of climate change remind us why restoring our forests is so important. Trees help capture carbon, protect biodiversity, restore ecosystems, and keep our planet cooler. Every tree planted is a step towards a more sustainable future.

We’re incredibly proud of the impact we’ve created together through the funds raised for ForestNation. Thanks to the collective efforts of our employees, we’ve made a tangible difference in Tanzania:
🌱 4,437 trees planted in the Usambara biodiversity hotspot.
🌳 4.44 hectares of heavily deforested land reforested.
💨 110.93 tons of CO2 absorbed yearly.
💚 443.7 tons of oxygen produced annually.
🕒 177+ hours of meaningful work created, supporting local livelihoods, food security, and turning communities into guardians of Mother Earth.
👩🏽‍🌾 80% of the nursery teams are women, leading the way in climate action and restoring harmony with nature.

Beyond planting trees, it's about empowering communities, restoring ecosystems, and building a future where people and planet thrive together. This is what Powering Change looks like, People and Planet, thriving together. 🌍💚

“Hello How Are You” is a campaign about connecting with those around us and engaging in open conversations about mental health. This campaign is built on a simple but powerful idea: that a genuine “Hello, How Are You?” can be the start of meaningful connection, understanding, and support.

Whether you’re chatting with a friend, a colleague, a neighbour, or even a stranger, asking “how are you?”, and truly listening to the answer, can help reduce stigma around mental health and remind us all that we’re not alone. Sometimes the smallest gestures make the biggest difference.

Last week, our very own Jennifer Ward took to the stage at the Women in Payments UK Annual Symposium, joining the panel on “Leading with Authenticity, Purpose, and Feminine Leadership.”

She shared honest reflections from her own career journey, from the lessons that shaped her to the practical advice she’s picked up along the way. It was a thoughtful conversation about what it really means to lead with intention and stay true to yourself in a fast-moving industry.

It’s truly encouraging to see how much the industry continues to evolve into a more inclusive, supportive space, one where long-term effort, resilience, and showing up consistently can open real opportunities.

At the same time, we know there’s more to do. Powering meaningful change for women in the industry isn’t just something we talk about, it’s a core part of who we are as a company and the culture we’re building every day.
