This is a continuous glucose monitor to help me keep track of my blood glucose levels.

I was diagnosed with pre diabetes so need to make an extra effort to stay on top of balances my sugars.

It's not easy but the symptoms that come with unbalanced blood sugars are not worth it.

Sometimes I scan this and the results are shocking! Great tool to show you exactly what's going on and how it is connected with your mood and energy levels

This is a very special group of people in Ballyhaunis Co. Mayo.

They call themselves 'The Errit Hoffers' and come together every Sunday and practice and swim in their beautiful local lake.

Hearing how benefits of the Wim Hof method and coming together every week has transformed and increased the mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing of these amazing people was very moving. It was especially useful and healing during the lockdown when people felt isolated and were losing a sense of community and connection.

Each person shared a very personal story on how the weekly activity impacted their lives in a very meaningful way.

Such an honour to facilitate a workshop with this group. They are an inspiration to Ireland.

Sending so much gratitude to the group and thanks to the a very special person that organized this private workshop and is the founder of the group Brenda Krusina. ❤️❄️
