A very warm welcome to our 200+ summer interns who made the Smart Move and began their journey with EY yesterday!

Our newest cohort joined us for a specially designed induction day, where they had the opportunity to meet one another, start building connections, and socialise as they settle into life at EY. They also heard from Frank O’Keeffe, EY Ireland Managing Partner, who shared his top tips on how to make the most of the internship experience, alongside insights from our graduate panel on what life at EY is really like.

Over the coming weeks, our interns will work closely with teams across all service lines, gaining hands-on experience with real client work and building valuable skills along the way.

We’re proud to share that EY is supporting the next generation of business professionals through our sponsorship of this year’s TU Dublin BSc Business and Management student team: Emilie Harney Casey, Lillie Browne, George Kenny, and Hugh Benson.
