With a €2.9 million investment from Fáilte Ireland, the Office of Public Works, and the Department of Housing, Local Government, and Heritage, the Centre now features brand-new exhibitions that beautifully tell the story of the Blasket Islands. These exhibits showcase the islands’ rich heritage and significant literature in a fresh, engaging way. Plus, the stunning cliff top viewing platform offers breathtaking views that leave our guests in awe. The OPW guide services on the Great Blasket also add an extra touch to this fantastic experience.
