One table. One conversation about money that most of us never get to have out loud.

Last night our Top Table Series brought a group together at No. 1 Pery Square in Limerick.

Susan Walsh CFP® of led the conversation on the psychology of money, personal finance and building wealth. What made the evening was how open everyone was. Not many of us get to talk about this with women who understand the position we are in.

Three books came out of it 👇
📖 The Richest Man in Babylon, George S. Clason
📖 The Art of Spending Money, Morgan Housel
📖 You Are a Badass at Making Money, Jen Sincero

Thank you to for sponsoring the evening and to Susan for sharing her expertise so generously. Thank you to the team at No. 1 Pery Square for looking after us.

Our next Top Table Series is coming. Keep an eye out.

We've partnered with the Her Sport Foundation for the Summit, and it's worth saying why.

Her Sport works to keep girls in sport. Their team runs workshops in schools across Ireland covering the things that actually push girls out: body image, periods, trying to fit training around exams. Last year they reached 3,200 students across 47 schools, with over 50 more schools still waiting for them. They also fund kit, travel and equipment for clubs and athletes who'd otherwise go without.

The reason this sits with us: one in five girls here leave sport by 14, and by 20 it's one in two. Meanwhile 94% of women in executive roles have a sporting background somewhere behind them. Those two facts belong in the same sentence more often than they are.

So Day 2 (2nd October) of the KELLA Leadership Summit is Croagh Patrick. We climb it together, and the funds raised go to Her Sport.

There are a handful of hike places left. If you've already booked your Summit ticket, you can add it on, and if you haven't, you can do both.

Ticket link is in our bio.

See you in Westport.

Gina London is an Emmy-winning former CNN anchor. These days she advises boards and Fortune 500 leaders on executive presence and strategic influence, and on 1st October, she's our MC at the KELLA Leadership Summit.

We asked her about conversations that matter. She answered by tracing her own path backwards.

A conversation with Hannah led her to joining what is now KELLA. A conversation with Tessy Ojo, after Gina spoke at an event in the UK, led to Gina speaking at Tessy's events, and that's where she met Andrea McLean. Both of them will be at The Grace, Westport Estate.

Gina quotes her friend Susan Scott, who wrote the foreword to Gina's book and is the author of Fierce Conversations: the conversation is the relationship. Every one of them moves you, gradually then suddenly, somewhere consequential.

We're bringing together women who lead at the highest levels in Ireland and beyond. The conversations you have at the Summit are the kind you're still following up on months later.

Watch Gina's video, then have a look at who else will be in the room. Check the link in our bio.

Most organisations wouldn't point out the reasons that women are still thinking about joining the KELLA Leadership Summit instead of having bought their ticket to this unique event, but we believe in honesty, authenticity, and trust, so here are the 3 main reasons that you should NOT attend and the reasons why we think you should!

1. It's too far. This year, we moved to Westport on purpose, out of Dublin, so you could actually be part of an experience rather than just attending a conference.

2. It's very small compared to other events - under 250 women. Also on purpose. Small enough that you'll know who's in the room, be able to meet the speakers, and have the next impactful conversation

3. Women's events are all the same. Not this one. This is different.

Join us and feel the difference. The link is in our bio.

Get Arty is a leading creative company that spends its days working with Corporates and Individuals to help get the creative juices flowing. Twenty years across finance, commercial strategy and operations, global tech companies, and professional services firms, and Susan Kilcline will still tell you that one of the doors that mattered opened because of a conversation she had with a woman she'd never met.

Susan is delivering a workshop at the KELLA Leadership Summit on October 1st, 2026.

We're thrilled to share some exciting news. 🤩

KELLA has been named a finalist in two categories at the Diversity Inclusion Tech Awards 2026:

✨ Culture of Belonging Award
✨ Startup Visionary Award

Women who have already built something significant don't need more access, more advice, or more support. They have that. What they don't always have is a deliberate way to combine what they know, who they know, and what they can do, with other women operating at the same level. That is KELLA.

Being named a finalist for Culture of Belonging is recognition of exactly that: a deliberate, intentional space where women in senior leadership can show up fully: unapologetically ambitious, radically honest, and truly seen.

And for our CEO and Co-Founder, Hannah Wrixon, the Startup Visionary nod is a reflection of the bold moves and real conversations that have shaped KELLA since the very start.

This recognition belongs to every member who has shown up, spoken up, and helped build a sanctuary for the extraordinary.

Congratulations to all the finalists, and thank you to Diversity Inclusion Tech Awards for the recognition. See you on 17th September.

If your ideal client had thirty minutes to spend, with you or with one of your competitors, why would they choose you?

Ciara Feely puts that question to leadership teams, and her answer is that it rarely comes down to product, pricing or even reputation. Reaching people has never been easier and connecting with them has never been harder, which is why she argues the conversation itself has become one of the most valuable commercial assets a business can build.

Growth doesn't start when the proposal goes out. It starts the moment someone decides you're worth their time.

Ciara's full article is available to read in KELLA.

Members get the full article library, peer-level events and masterclasses, and access to a community of their peers leading at the same level. The membership brochure is available by request. Send us a message.

"Is that what I look like now?"

We have all had that thought scrolling back through photos from an event.

Tanya Crosbie has spent years on the other side of the camera, watching women in senior leadership shrink in front of a lens they have every right to own. On 1st October she takes the main stage at the KELLA Leadership Summit to change that.

She was named Commercial Portrait Photographer of the Year in 2025, and she is still most interested in the same thing she was two decades ago: what happens when a woman finally sees herself the way everyone else does.

Join us for a conversation that might change how you see yourself in every photo that comes after it.

The best sign a session worked is when nobody wants it to end. Our AI for Leaders Masterclass with Adriana Ignat ran over, and the questions kept coming after that.

Part of why: Adriana didn't come to sell anyone a tool. She came with evidence, and with permission to admit you haven't figured this out yet. The questions that followed were the ones people usually keep to themselves.

Four things from the session are in the carousel. We're curious about one of them in particular: Have you ever hesitated before telling someone you used AI for a piece of work?

Members can watch the full session in the community.
