Seven days from now, we're in Westport.
The room is full of women who run functions, lead companies, sit on boards and build businesses. The speakers have done it at the highest level, in Ireland and internationally, and they're coming to Westport to tell you how they did it.
Across the day, we're covering what matters now: leading through the shift AI is bringing to every industry, the psychology of leadership, resilience when the pressure doesn't let up, the shame we don't talk about but carry into every boardroom, and how to build real financial wealth. You'll also hear from women who have just done it, stepping into the C-suite, taking the first board seat, the raise, the exit, and are still close enough to tell you what it took.
