An Update on Our Sponsorships & Community Support π’
Earlier this year, we took some time to review how Basic Instincts can best support our local scene going forward, and weβve updated our internal guidelines for all our future sponsorships.
To keep things fair and consistent, Basic Instincts will now focus our sponsorship and support entirely on registered charities or community groups that operate with an open membership and a democratic setup, such as holding regular AGMs.
The reason for this is really just to keep things as simple as possible, logistics and to avoid complicated politics.
Basic Instincts remains entirely neutral, friendly, and deeply committed to supporting a welcoming, vibrant, and inclusive gay, kink, and fe**sh scene for everyone.
We are really excited about hosting our own independent community events and look forward to collaborating with other groups into 2027 and beyond!
