Head of Compliance

The role of Head of Compliance is responsible for ensuring that a correct platform is in place for a compliance plan that is fit for purpose. Manage, design and implement an overarching compliance manual which combines the regulatory requirements for a number of regions. Monitoring and oversight of International compliance developments and ensuring such changes are incorporated as appropriate to the relevant compliance framework. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all applicable supervisory bodies. Promoting compliance awareness and engaging staff to highlight its importance throughout the business. Strategic position and you will be expected to work with the MD and the Board.

We are looking for a Compliance professional that has a degree in law and or financial services. Professional compliance certification is also advantageous. Detailed knowledge and understanding of CBI rulebooks and Strong regulatory knowledge.
