The cape may be fictional. The facilitation superpowers are not. 😄

It got me thinking about meetings where everyone nods along, but the real conversations happen afterwards.

Because alignment and agreement aren’t the same thing.

It’s the Christmas break and New Year’s Eve — the universe is basically handing us a permission slip to slow down.

So I’m leaning fully into a quieter pace… with a bit of sewing time stitched in (pun absolutely intended 😄) 🧵

There’s something about making something with your hands that instantly lowers the volume in your head. No agenda. No deliverables. Just fabric, thread, and the occasional “why are you doing this to me?” moment with the machine.

Here’s to a softer end to the year — and starting the new one with a bit more calm.

Wishing you a Happy New Year and a 2026 filled with fresh ideas, brave starts, and the occasional quiet hour where you actually hear yourself think.

Somewhere over the Atlantic, fuelled by tea, Strepsils and a fairly heroic cough.

This is the me on the flight home from Chicago after my final client work of the year – tired, grateful and very ready to land 2025. Q4 has been full-on (as always): travel, workshops, big conversations and brilliant teams doing important work.

My big lesson for next year?
👉 Manage your energy, especially in what is always a busy Q4.
The work is better – and so are we – when there’s still a bit of fuel left in the tank.

To every client who invited Mojoco into your world this year – thank you. It’s a privilege to support your teams and be part of the journey.

Here’s to impactful work, better balance and fewer hacking coughs on long-haul flights in 2026.

Colette and I had the joy of facilitating a session at the stunning Glasson Lakehouse — where the views were almost as inspiring as the conversations inside.

There’s something about stepping into a beautiful space that helps people open up, think differently, and really lean in. This group brought such be curiosity and courage — the perfect ingredients for progress.
