Aaroh has written a story and the story written and illustrated by Aaroh is now published on the website of Fighting Words - A creative writing organization based in Dublin Ireland.

Kids imagination knows no bound and he has always surprised me always with his creative ways of doing stuff. This little acknowledgment has boosted him to continue exploring new arena of interest and go for it.

I don't want to be a bragging parent but this is an achievement for him , which he did all on his own so its more than precious to me as a Mother.

This beauty in backyard of my holiday home recently made my day. What grace and beauty that even though raised his beautiful feathered tail as a defence , it amazed me and attracted more towards him.

Now not to be too philosophical here, but here is a lesson for us from this shy and yet so confident animal.

We are “US” and Not just “You” “I” or Me”

To strike a perfect balance at work and personal life it is important we as a couple get the balance right around our relationship.
Kids would only feel the balance right when the things done for them are done not to just cover each other up but in a good balance to have time for each other and then time for self too.

How we plan or do we prefer to plan is again a personality preference and understanding your preference and that of your partner would help you get that balance you require.

Feeling like a fraud. That you're about to be found out. You don't deserve to be where you are - and that you aren't good enough.

Sound familiar? Imposter Syndrome can show up differently for different people, but research suggests that up to 80% of us experience it in the workplace.

Those most likely to be impacted are those from underrepresented groups and, somewhat ironically, those who are the most accomplished.

You're also more likely to experience Imposter Syndrome if you have some form of anxiety, typically experience self-doubt, look for validation in authority figures and/ or have been raised in a family that values achievement above all else.

As with most things, awareness is the first step to being able to manage Imposter Syndrome - and even use it to your advantage.

Want to know what three steps i took after the big decision to relocate and relaunch career after the relocation. This plans works even for if you are looking to relaunch your career or redefine your career just there is no relocation involved , it is your home turf.. you know what i mean!

Step by Step plan
1. Know your own personality preference , this good to know for how you prefer work to be and how you would like your ideal team to be. the conversation around work expectations gets easy because now you know what you prefer.

2.Research matters there is so much to understand before you commit to a new job, new role and if it adds a new place than its a must do.

3. While you network and get in touch with career coaches or find in a right mentor for yourself you need to grow , grow i connections and connections that are genuine. The relationship has to be mutual and benefiting to both .
