"Leadership is about relationships". I completely agree. We can all remember that boss that made is feel really appreciated and seen. I remember a boss who put fluffy dice and a sign across the front of my car with my name and my boyfriend at the time name, to congratulate me for passing my driving test. This is a very well written article which expresses the growing pains of a lot of organisations are feeling right now. Trying to grow without taking the time to evolve the organisation's talent. You have to think about the bigger picture as well as getting the day job done. Investing in your talent has to be the most significant part of executing your strategy.
